At my other pre-op appointments, his nurse, Christina, spent extra time to explain how to get ready for the procedure, what I could expect in recovery, and worked with me to try on practice implants with my clothes. My surgery day was smooth and easy! I relaxed in a waiting room with my husband and left a few hours later. When I needed post-op medication changed, Dr Oppenheimer was happy to change it to a medication that addressed my needs and Nurse Christina called it into the pharmacy for me so I wouldn't have to go all the way to the office to get a prescription slip. I am now 4 weeks post-op and I am absolutely, completely happy with my results! The shape and size are exactly what I wanted and I have surprised myself with how much it has changed my life. Of course, I feel more confident about my body and my shape which now looks more proportionate and I feel comfortable wearing a swimsuit or getting undressed in front of my husband.
