He furthered his medical training at Easton Hospital and Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, where he completed a five-year residency in general surgery. He then relocated to Chicago to complete an additional three years of training in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery at Loyola University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois.In addition to his extensive medical training, Dr. Mosier is an active member of several prestigious medical organizations, including the Austin Society of Plastic Surgery for which he was the former president, the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Travis County Medical Society.
