Your Consultation A personalized information packet will be sent to you when you schedule your appointment. The initial cosmetic consultation usually lasts about an hour. This is an information gathering session for you. During the consultation our patient coordinator will first meet with you to review yourareas of interest and obtain a medical history. Educational videos and before and after photographs of patients of ours will be demonstrated. Dr. Angelchik will meet with you to review treatment alternatives and conduct a thorough examination. Your questions are encouraged during the consultation. We will work with you to develop an individualized plan. An itemized fee schedule andeducational literature will be provided for you to keep as you consider your plastic surgery procedure.
