Your Consultation We offer consultations for cosmetic surgery with Dr. Burgess for $100, which applies toward the surgery when performed within one year. Insurance consultations are billed through the patient's insurance. If you would like to meet with a registered nurse to discuss non-surgical options, the consultation is complimentary. I was freaking out, not only were we having a third child in 3 years but I had fully paid for a surgery that now couldn't happen. Calling the office I was terrified of what I was going to hear. The staff from day one have been AMAZING and they were that day too. Within an hour of calling, they called back to let me know that I would be getting 100% of money back. I knew right then that she was a wonderful Dr!!! Fast forward two years...I have a beautiful baby boy and now it was time to schedule the surgery again. They staff remembered me (how could they forget;) and it was a wonderful experience same as the previous visits. I had surgery preformed on Thursday morning and it couldn't have gone better. I was VERY surprised to receive followers Friday morning from Dr Burgess...it goes to show you she actually cares.
